1. Nature of Service

Abhiroopam is an informational and educational stock market data platform. Abhiroopam and its operators are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, or in any other capacity. We do not hold any SEBI registration or licence. Any analysis, screener output, stage classification, alert, or data presented on this platform is not research as defined under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 or any other applicable regulation.

2. No Buy or Sell Recommendations

Abhiroopam does not make, and has never made, any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise deal in any security. Price alerts, stage classifications (Advancing, Declining, Basing, Distribution), screener results, watchlist features, and all other tools on this platform are purely informational tools to help users organise and monitor publicly available market data. They are not signals, recommendations, or endorsements of any trading action.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All content, data, analysis, commentary, and tools provided on Abhiroopam are intended solely to help users learn about stock market concepts, track publicly available data, and develop their own independent understanding of markets. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before making any financial decision.

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abhiroopam and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from reliance on any alert, screener result, stage classification, or data point
• Inaccuracies, errors, or delays in market data
• Platform downtime, data unavailability, or technical failures
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

You use this platform entirely at your own risk. Past performance of any stock, strategy, or screener result shown on this platform is not indicative of future results.

5. Data Accuracy

Market data displayed on Abhiroopam is sourced from third-party providers and public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of any data on this platform. Data may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. Do not rely on this data for time-sensitive trading decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Abhiroopam you agree that:

• You are using this platform for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes
• You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data from this platform
• You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make
• You will consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision
• You will not share your account credentials with any third party

7. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees paid to Abhiroopam are for access to the platform's tools and data only. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued in cases of verified duplicate or failed transactions, or where required by applicable Indian law. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Abhiroopam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire platform at any time without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on Abhiroopam are the property of Abhiroopam and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Abhiroopam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Abhiroopam in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Abhiroopam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact us at learnmarketspro@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute. We will respond within 10 business days and attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
• Step 2 — Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of Step 1, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Villupuram, Tamil Nadu, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
• Step 3 — Jurisdiction: For matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Villupuram, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Villupuram, Tamil Nadu, India.
